"Today I did some pee and poo in the backyard! Mum seems so pleased that I can do this. I don't know what is the big deal.... We went for a little walk round the neighbourhood this morning. I am pretty good on leash - actually better than that silly Jessie Australian Shepherd who is a little hyper if you ask me. Mum said that on Sunday we will go to somewhere called 'the beach'. I think we were there the other day and it was just a big paddling pool.... Dad keeps taking pictures of me but seems to have problems with something called the 'internet'. He says he will be sending pictures all over the world once he gets the ' bugs' out. I wish he would give them to me. I love bugs, plus leaves, empty egg cartons which my big sister stole from the trash, and the corner of Dad's briefcase.... I miss you NZ Mom and of course my friends and family in NZ. But I think my new Mum and Dad and my sisters and cat brother kind of like me and I will settle in here."
